Interpretation matters.

EGT spread alone cannot distinguish cam/lifter wear from injector or induction faults. Observed climb-rate loss is not equivalent to horsepower loss. The EDM-900 records GPS groundspeed rather than IAS/TAS, leaving wind and climb-speed technique uncontrolled. Motorpool presents the evidence and its limitations together.
